Barleyhush Finn's story
He insists he once worked the long drowsy watch at a lighthouse kitchen, chin on the warm hearthstone, one ear cocked for the kettle and the other for the sea. His build backs the tale: a soft-filled pup lying full-length, head sunk onto plump white paws, eyes stitched to gentle slits as though sleep caught him mid-thought. His coat runs honey-gold across the back, chocolate over one ear and the crown, snow-white at muzzle, chest, and feet. A small black velour nose sits round and dark above a stitched smile. One woven hem tag still clings low on his flank. Gently machine washed, hand brushed as he dried, every seam gone over.
