Bramwell's story
Bramwell arrived with his round spectacles already perched on his nose, as if he'd been mid-chapter when we found him. A gentleman of the early 2000s — his foot pad carries an embroidered year to prove it — he wears a red tartan bow tie and a coat of soft, curly caramel fur that has kept its plush remarkably well. His suede paw pads show the gentle polish of years spent being held. We've given him a careful brushing and straightened his spectacles, and now he's ready for his second chapter: ideally somewhere with a good reading lamp, a windowsill, and someone with room for one more story.
