Petal's story
Petal is a lop-eared rabbit whose long ears fall past her paws, each one lined with a printed floral cotton in faded pinks and greens — the kind of fabric someone chose to make her feel handmade even from the shop. Her nose is embroidered in soft silvery pink, worn just faintly smooth from being kissed goodnight. The dense white plush has settled into a gentle, cloud-soft nap across her cheeks and belly, with the merest hint of ivory where she leaned. Her Carter's "Just One You" tag is still legible, dating her to 2022. She has been washed by hand and combed out, ears smoothed flat again.
