Halloway Dusk's story
Halloway Dusk insists his black coat came from years spent as the night-shift greeter at a lakeside ranger station, where he learned to sit still and let the dark settle around him. He's a Wishpets bear (item #43208, R Benjamin, 2010) in deep midnight plush, dense and unfaded, with a warm two-tone muzzle of tan and cocoa. His broad paw pads carry hand-stitched claw marks and mushroom-brown pads, one worn glossy where a small hand once held on. Washed and brushed; seams firm, fur springing back full.
