Word among the plush set is that Inkwell Bao once kept the reading nook at a children's bamboo library, holding the pages down with one heavy paw so the wind couldn't lose anyone's place. Whatever the truth, his make is honest and plain: a plump Aurora panda in glossy black shag and pillow-soft ivory, the two-tone eye patches set slightly tilted so he seems forever mid-thought. His muzzle is smooth white plush around a matte charcoal nose, his round belly weighted enough to sit square without slumping. The fur has flattened a touch across his crown and lower back where hands rested. His red Aurora seam tag reads bright and whole.
