Marigold's story
Whoever loved Marigold first kept him tidy — no thin patches, no popped seams, just the quiet wear of paws that have padded across a lot of carpets. His white chin patch stayed bright through it all, and his tail still ends in the same tuft of amber fur as his mane, a small detail someone clearly never let get matted down. He sits with his front paws tucked close, patient rather than shy, like he's used to being picked up gently.
